Through our associate company Global Teleports, we have access at the Tier 1 level to the SES satellite system which provides satellite internet services on a worldwide basis.
Based on the SES fleet of more than 50 geostationary satellites, the system provides download speeds of up to 20 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 10 Mbps. This allows us to provide fully commercial satellite internet systems which give companies better contention ratios than many terrestrial domestic networks.
Our networks provide cost-effective two-way satellite broadband links over a wide geographical area, enabling point-of-sale, control and monitor, distance learning and other e-applications in remote or rural areas. These can be standalone systems or used as back-up for terrestrial networks.
